Cancellation Policy
Our client appointments are very important to us and we pride ourselves in providing the best customer service. We understand that unexpected events happen, and we respectfully request a 48 hour cancellation notice for our hair services and 24 hour cancellation notice for our nails and tanning services. To confirm your booking, we will require the following down payments in advance: Balayage/Highlights/Lowlights/Micro Highlights/Color Correction, etc. – KD 100 Full Body Tan - KD 30 Gel Polish Mani/Pedi - KD 18 - KD 36 (based on service booked) Poly Gel - KD 45 Please review our cancellation policy below: Less than 48 hours’ notice and “No Show” for hair services and less than 24 hours for nails and tanning services will be charged 100% of the down payment. Your appointment is non-transferable once the down payment had been received. Rebooking is only allowed one time and must be made within 48 hours of your hair appointment or within 24 hours of your nails and tanning appointment. Cancellation of an appointment that is entitled to a refund will take 7-14 business days depending on your bank. The purpose of this cancellation policy is to enable us to inform our standby clients of any availability, keep our schedule filled, thus providing better service for each one of our beautiful clients.
